Prices for souvenirs presented in this website are just as a reference for diverse type of donations "with benefits", you can opt out getting anything and just donate to antipodes cafæe. Prices are subject to change up and down without notice. All incomes from souvenirs are understood as donations, and will be reinvested in the organisation for its sustainable development.

We reserve the right at any time to modify an item (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

SECTION 4 – "SOUVENIRS"

Certain souvenirs may be available exclusively online through this website. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the souvenirs that appear in this website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the distribution of our souvenirs to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. For example we do not sell to anyone at an "Apartheid" State. We reserve the right to limit the quantities. All descriptions and/or pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any souvenir, information, or other material obtained by you –as a gift your donation– will meet your expectations, much more if you have big expectations. Life road is full of unexpected potholes.

As said, souvenirs are things you get thanks to your donation. If anything happen lets communicate and find a way. In worst scenario your donation will be returned to
you, but you have to cover the transaction fees as they go to a service by a third party.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities selected per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the donation was made. All information you provide us will be protected and not shared with anyone. Your contact information will be included in our contact lists for future communication with you. All our data is stored in a dedicated server in Sweden running with the last version of Nextcloud. Your contact info is safe there, we do not share it with third parties.

Our website use cookies for a better performance. In upcoming years we will try to reduce them to the minimum but it will take time.

Google Maps is included in the core of the site and we will work to remove it and add an Open Street maps. Any tip is more than welcome.
